A Novakid lesson involves not only language practice but also interesting games. This makes it easy to hold children’s attention. Students look at slides while teachers explain what is on them using words, facial expressions and gestures. Without translation or additional explanations, kids start to understand the material. After a few lessons, they get used to the format and can understand instructions, repeat things, make selections and answer their teachers.
In the Novakid classroom, children read slides, write and draw on the virtual board, and follow the teacher's speech and facial expressions. So having a bigger screen would be better. Accordingly, we recommend using a PC or laptop. But if you prefer a tablet or smartphone, please download our mobile app for a smoother experience.
Choose a convenient learning pace and book lessons. We'll support you all the way. 1.Purchase a subscription in your personal account. 2.Choose a teacher — keep the teacher from your trial lesson, or choose a new one! At Novakid, you can always find an experienced teacher for your child's level and personality. 3.Create a schedule and start looking forward to your lessons. Meanwhile, your child can play and practise English in their account.
You can choose convenient days and times, as well as teachers, in your account by clicking the ‘Schedule’ button. If you have trouble, please contact our support via email.
You can cancel a lesson in your account no later than 8 hours before the start time. You can also move a lesson to another time within the next 7 days with the same teacher (if there is a free slot) if you do so at least 1 hour before the start time.
We offer subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You can pay in one go or in equal monthly instalments, by bank transfer or card. TIP: For fast results, we recommend scheduling 2–3 lessons per week. Do this and you will see progress in just 2 months!
We recommend parents join the first lesson, but this is not required afterwards. If your child is 4–6 years old, it is especially important to support them emotionally during the trial lesson. We ask parents of preschoolers to attend lessons until their child gets used to the teacher and online learning (usually 4–8 lessons).

A Novakid lesson lasts for 25 minutes. Many studies show that this is the optimal time for children to concentrate in individual lessons with native speakers. If you think your child is ready, you can schedule 2 lessons in a row.
